3.2 The ESSAILEC RJ45 test plug has

built-in dia. 4 (1) and RJ45 test sockets (2)
in order to simplify the test operations. They
allow current and voltage sensors

measurement (1) as well as injection to the
protection relay (2).

3.1 The test equipment is equipped
with dia. 4 test plugs.

4. Test phase: Make before Break
When the plug is fully inserted
in the socket, inner mobile
contacts (3) are pushed down
by plug’s plastic leads (4) and
3 circuits are opened. Signals are

Preparation: towards the test set.
